Managing ADHD as an adult doesn’t have to be an overwhelming, exhausting, life-sentence. My coaching provides tailored support to tackle everyday challenges like workplace demands, personal organization, and maintaining relationships. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to strengthen executive functions such as time management, planning, and prioritization. With the right tools and mindset, you can turn ADHD into a source of creativity and resilience while building systems that help you thrive in all areas of life. We track progress. We re-visit things that didn't work. We aim to nail it.

Helping children bogged down with challenges discover their true potential is my passion. Over the past two years, I’ve worked closely with  children and teenagers aged 8 and up through personalized one-on-one sessions, either in person or online.

ADHD coaching for children is all about empowerment and unleashing a little magic. In an engaging and supportive environment, they’ll learn to better understand how their minds work while developing skills to manage time, organize tasks, regulate emotions, and build self-esteem. I do this in a fun, age-appropriate way that uses their own passions and interests. By focusing on their strengths, I help children gain confidence and practical coping skills for school, home, and social settings. Check out my testimonials to hear from families I’ve worked with.

Living with a child or sibling, partner or parent who has ADHD can feel like a balancing act—juggling school, homework, family life, laundry, dinner, work, Zooms and and and... I know and I’m here, to help.

With specialized training in family coaching for ADHD, I work with parents to create harmony at home, often, that means by first helping parents agree on their strategy. Together, we’ll explore how ADHD affects your child and your family dynamic, uncover solutions that work for your unique situation, and build confidence in navigating the everyday challenges and taking the heat out of the process. My approach helps parents foster a better understanding of what's happening beneath the iceberg of the meltdown or the tantrum, looks towards developing open communication strategies, and practical solutions to reduce the stress, noise and the chaos. Greater harmony and happiness at home is possible, let’s find what works for you and your family.
